What we do with your details.

What we collect

When you send a request through this website we collect your name, the contact details you give us (email and/or phone), your travel dates, the number of travellers, and anything you write in the notes field. We do not ask for passport details, payment card numbers or identity documents through this site.

Why we collect it

To answer your request. Your details are used to prepare a quote, check availability with drivers, hotels and airlines, and to reply to you. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.

Who sees it

Our own staff, and the suppliers directly involved in your trip — for example a hotel needs the names of guests staying, and an airline needs passenger names. We share the minimum needed to arrange what you asked for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can pick up where we left off if you come back to us. Booking records are kept as long as Nepali business and tax law requires.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your shortlist of saved packages is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to lifeforfuntour@gmail.com and we will respond.
