How booking with us works.

A request is not a booking

Sending a request through this website costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It is a request for a quote. Nothing is reserved and no payment is taken until you have received a written proposal and confirmed it.

Prices on this site

Where a price is shown it is a starting figure from our catalogue for the standard version of that package or vehicle. The final price depends on your dates, group size, the accommodation standard you choose and current fuel and permit costs. Where the catalogue does not carry a firm figure we say “price on request” rather than estimating one.

What a confirmed booking includes

Your written proposal lists exactly what is included and what is not. Anything not listed in it is not included, whatever this website may imply.

Changes and conditions beyond our control

Nepal's roads and mountain flights are affected by weather, landslides, strikes and political events. Where a route becomes unsafe or impassable we will propose the best alternative available. We will not put a group on a road our drivers consider unsafe, and we do not treat that as a cancellation by you.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms are set out in your written proposal, because they depend on which hotels, flights and permits have been paid for on your behalf. We will always tell you the position before you pay anything.

Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in any of our packages and is your responsibility. For any trek above 3,000 metres we strongly recommend cover that explicitly includes high-altitude evacuation.

Governing law

Contracts with Life For Fun Travel & Tours Pvt. Ltd. are governed by the law of Nepal.
